Label Duplication Solutions

Barcode Duplication

Barcode duplicator is a custom-built solution by Bar Code Data Ltd. It keeps costs down and convenience up while saving valuable time and hardware costs. Our barcode duplication solution makes label replication as easy as scanning, peeling, and sticking.

Label barcode duplicators are devices or systems used to produce copies of existing barcode labels. These can range from simple printers to more sophisticated setups that can replicate barcodes for various applications.

We recognise that duplicating labels can be a problem however with our solution it couldn’t be easier, we have tailor-built packages to eliminate all the worry involved with duplicating labels.

Barcode Label Printers

Label Creation: Printers can generate new labels using duplicate information after data extraction. This can be done with various types of printers, including thermal transfer, direct thermal, and inkjet printers.

Customisation: Printers can be set up to include additional information on the labels, such as names, prices, or QR codes.

Batch Printing: Many printers can handle bulk printing, allowing businesses to quickly produce large quantities of barcode labels.

Software Applications

On-the-Go Duplication: Mobile apps can scan barcodes using a device’s camera, extract the data, and send it to a connected printer for duplication.

User-Friendly Interfaces: Many mobile solutions offer simple interfaces that allow users to quickly create and print labels without extensive training. These typically work with either 1D or 2D barcode symbologies

Each duplicator solution is customised to the specific requirements of the individual customer.

Barcode Scanners:

Reading Barcodes: Scanners use laser or imaging technology to read the pattern of bars and spaces in a barcode. This data is converted into a digital format, often displaying the information encoded in the barcode.

Data Extraction: Once scanned, the barcode’s data (like product information or unique identifiers) can be extracted and used to create a duplicate label.

Verification: Some scanners can check if a barcode is valid or if it has been duplicated elsewhere, helping maintain inventory accuracy.
