Alerting Hospital staff to an allergy or medical condition can now be handled in a manner that offers the patient a greater degree of confidentiality.
Patient Allergy Cards can be carried by the patient and presented when attending hospital. More importantly if the patient is involved in an accident first responders can be alerted to a condition and offer treatment accordingly.
The Allergy Cards are 760 micron thick; the same thickness as a credit card. The card is made from 100% plastic, with rounded corners and printed in full colour on both sides edge to edge.
The cards can be produced in small volumes and personalised by adding various additional features into the design such as barcodes, sequential numbering and signature strips. The addition of a punched hole allows the card to be put on a keyring or lanyard if required.
Hospital staff can find using printed cards equally beneficial, offering advice on medicines and alert them to the risk of potential allergic reactions; e.g. Penicillin.
Our dedicated NHS Sales Team will be able to offer you assistance with the design of your card, and a proof will be submitted prior to producing the cards. Call one of us on 01625 432094.
