          - Provides 2 GPIO input connections (i.e. motion sensor, photoeye, HW trigger/button) and 2 GPIO output connections (i.e. light stacks, speaker, etc) to FS10.
          - External 24V power source needed to power devices connected via GPIO.
          - Only compatible with FS10 series devices.
