Warranty Information
All product sold by barcode data come with a full one year manufactures warranty. As a Zebra-authorised service and premier partner, we carry a large stock of parts including Zebra Print heads and other selected parts. Bar Code Data has ZASP and have trained engineers and who can provide warranty support for Zebra Technologies on or off-site.
There are exceptions on certain product where by some Life-span items such as print heads are not covered unless these fail prematurely. Some of our suppliers such as Zebra, Motorola, Symbol, Datamax, Honeywell, Intermec and Toshiba, all provide extended warranties for total peace of mind.
Extended warranties come in many different configurations to suit budgets and business requirements such as onsite service, return to base and service exchange swap out, these also come as 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year products.
