Fairfield Labels, part of the Bar Code Data Group, is proud to celebrate an incredible milestone as longest-serving team member Nikki Rose marks 40 years with the business.
Nikki joined Fairfield Labels in 1986 and, over the years, has worked across almost every area of the operation. Her experience has spanned production, sales, supervising the finishing and despatch departments, and she now runs the company’s laser machine operation.
Throughout her time with the business, Nikki’s knowledge, commitment and willingness to support wherever needed have made her an invaluable member of the team and someone who has consistently helped keep the business running smoothly.
Beyond her day-to-day role, Nikki has also played a huge part in the Fairfield team culture over the years, helping organise social events and activities that brought colleagues together and created lasting memories for the team.
Reaching 40 years of service is an exceptional achievement and reflects the dedication, loyalty and hard work Nikki has shown throughout her career with Fairfield Labels.
