Bar Code Data recently organised a charity “Cake Break” for staff, bringing colleagues together to enjoy tea, coffee and cake while raising money for our chosen charity of the year, Willow Wood Hospice.
Thanks to the generosity of the team, we are delighted to have raised £200 in support of the hospice and the incredible work they do within the local community.
Willow Wood Hospice provides specialist care and support for patients with life-limiting illnesses, while also supporting families and carers through difficult times. As a charity, their services rely heavily on fundraising and community support to continue providing compassionate care to those who need it most.
The Cake Break was a simple but enjoyable way for staff across the business to come together, take a short break from the working day and support such a worthy cause.
